Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding and Training Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that service providers registered on our app experience a seamless onboarding process. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with these service providers, providing them with comprehensive end-to-end training to maximize their understanding and utilization of our platform.


Key Responsibilities:

Engagement with Service Providers:

  • Initiate contact with registered service providers and guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels to address any queries or concerns.

End-to-End Training:

  • Conduct thorough training sessions to ensure service providers have a clear understanding of our app/website functionalities.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance on utilizing features and tools available on our platform.

Retraining and Ongoing Assistance:

  • Identify areas where service providers may need additional assistance or retraining.
  • Offer continuous support and assistance to help them navigate through the app/website effortlessly.

Mediation and Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between service providers and account managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with account managers to address any issues or concerns raised by service providers.

Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with service providers, including training sessions and assistance provided.
  • Report feedback and recurring issues to improve overall user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, training, or onboarding roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with app/website navigation and troubleshooting.
