Job Overview
We are seeking a Manager to join our team at EatEasy - Order Food & Grocery Online. As a Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of a team of 10 employees. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or food delivery industry.
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Proven track record in implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in report writing and data management.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our data team for our delivery platform in UAE.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of our services by coordinating with various teams and departments.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner businesses to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
