Job Overview

We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Eat Better Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads for our healthy snacks business. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track leads
• Good knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads and prospects through various sources, including social media, online directories, and industry-specific platforms
• Contact leads through cold calling, email, and other communication channels to introduce our products and services
• Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and purchasing potential
• Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches and presentations to potential clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Track and report on sales activities, conversion rates, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the lead generation process and sales techniques
