         Co-ordinate and follow up w.r.t. External / Internal and Customer audits.

         To Control all the documents of the company

         Prepare, Issue & Revise Procedures, Formats & work Instructions of all the departments and

to maintain the records of the same

         To maintain the records of the Items, Drawings, Control Plans, Operation

Standards, FMEA, Packing standards, Inspection Standards, etc. & update the Master List of

the same as per requirement

         Non-conformities closing by improving the system & fulfilling the requirements of system as

well as customer.

         Planning, Scheduling and conducting Internal Process Audits as per audit schedule.

         To prepare, consolidate & present KPI, MIS & MRM.

         Prepare 8D Reports & Handle Customer Complaints.

         Prepare Presentations

         Prepare Org. Chart & Pareto Charts.

         To lead LMCS Activity as Lean Coordinator

         Perform Kaizen & Improvement Activity

         Perform 5’S’ & Safety Audit in plant
