With a vision to double our growth in the next financial year, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training and Development Executive to join our Training department and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Our 5-year vision is to be the “most loved burger brand in India” Overview: As a Training and Development Executive at Good Flippin Burgers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional service and uphold the standards of our brand. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with our business objectives and promote continuous improvement. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Develop Training Programs: Design a comprehensive training plan for new hires and existing team members, covering areas such as customer service, food safety, operational procedures, and product knowledge.


2. Curriculum Development: Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and interactive modules, that are engaging, informative, and aligned with company standards.


3. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions in various formats, including classroom-style instruction, on-the-job coaching, and virtual learning platforms, ensuring that content is delivered effectively and consistently across all locations.


4. Performance Evaluation: Implement methods for assessing the effectiveness of training programs and individual performance, collecting feedback from participants, and identifying areas for improvement.


5. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to training and development, and proactively update training materials and methodologies as needed. 


6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Human Resources, and Marketing, to ensure that training initiatives are integrated with overall business strategies and objectives.


7. Compliance: Ensure that all training activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, particularly regarding health and safety standards and employee certifications.


8. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, performance assessments, and training-related expenses, and generate reports for management as required.


9. Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to managers and team members regarding training-related issues, answering questions, resolving concerns, and promoting a positive learning culture.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the quickservice restaurant (QSR) industry. • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training evaluation methods.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training approaches to different learning styles.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.


• Flexibility to travel to various locations for training purposes, as needed.


• Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) is a plus.
