Function - Purchase

Remuneration – Between Rs. 50k to Rs. 55k

Job location – Bangalore, Navi Mumbai

Job responsibilities

1. Ensure uninterrupted flow of materials & services to avoid sales loss

2. To procure materials at lowest cost with best quality & service available in the market

3. Preparing & issuing of purchase orders in ERP

4. Continuous identification and selection of new vendors for products & services

5. Preparing comparative stmts. after availing quotes & obtain required approval(s)

6. Oversee the smooth functioning and development of process in ERP

7. To be informed & keep informed for current market developments in prices, legal & products

8. Update and maintain all purchase report/records for cost tracking & forecasting

9. Coordination & cordial relations with all departments

10. Inventory Management and control

11. Expedite Stock audits, stock takes & warehouse hygiene standards if required

12. Preparing MIS reports & record keeping like product brochure, vendor catalogue, price list, etc. as directed by management time to time

13. Participate in logistics planning, route planning & MIS reporting eg. TTD

14. Travel to store/outlet whenever required & directed by mgmt.

Eligibility

✓ Minimum 4 to 5yrs of experience in supervisory role with chain of restaurants/QSR/Hotel

✓ Hands-on working experience on MS Office & material management software

✓ must be a graduate & diploma in materials mgmt.

✓ will be an added advantage, good communication skills

✓ should be local or residing in Job City for 5 years & above.
