Job Overview

Shift Manager role in Easeconnect Hr Services Pvt Ltd, a private limited company based in India with 11-50 employees. Junior position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. Full-Time employment based in Bangalore Urban, Mumbai, or Pune. Salary range: Competitive, based on experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1. Proficiency in Food Safety regulations and practices.
• 2. Knowledge of Food and Beverage operations in the food industry.
• 3. Experience in managing team dynamics and ensuring efficient operations.
• 4. Familiarity with Food Processing standards and quality control measures.
• 5. Strong communication and leadership skills for effective team management.
• 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure situations.
• 7. Certification in Food Safety Management System is a plus.
