- Abilities in digital profile optimization to enhance students' online presence and attract potential employers.
- Competent in job interview coaching to prepare students for successful interactions with potential employers.
- Holistic advising techniques (Mandatory skill) to provide comprehensive career advice that considers the entire individual's context.
- LMI (Labor Market Information) research (Mandatory skill) for staying informed about current industry trends and demands.
- Diversity and inclusion advocacy (Mandatory skill) to ensure equitable and accessible career support for all students.
- Speaking proficiency in English, Tamil, and preferably in Malayalam is a must.
Roles and Responsibilities
