Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Professor for our MBA program. The position level is Junior, and candidates are expected to have 1 to 3 years of work experience. Qualifications and Skills

• MBA with Ph.D / NET / SLET is preferable.
• Qualification as per AICTE & Anna University norms.
• Minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of teaching experience required.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of management principles (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in teaching MBA courses (Mandatory skill).
• Strong background in conducting and publishing research.
• Proven record of scholarly publications in reputed journals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Ability to engage students in active learning and critical thinking.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for classroom instruction and online learning platforms.
