Position Overview:

We are hiring an enthusiastic and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process and promote the institution’s programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and campus facilities.
2. Assist students in completing admission forms and documentation.
3. Organize and participate in admission-related events, including open houses and webinars.
4. Follow up with leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
5. Maintain accurate records of admissions and applicant data.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for student enrollment.

Requirements:

• Language fluency in English and Tamil is required, and Malayalam will be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet enrollment targets.
