We are seeking an Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing and sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at handling consultants. The Admission Counsellor will report directly to the Director and play a crucial role in ensuring prompt follow-up with prospective students and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize marketing and sales strategies to attract prospective students.
2. Engage with potential students to understand their educational goals and aspirations.
3. Provide detailed information about our institution's programs, courses, and admission requirements.
4. Handle inquiries from consultants and effectively communicate the benefits of our educational offerings.
5. Maintain regular communication with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
6. Ensure prompt follow-up with inquiries and provide timely updates to the Director.
7. Demonstrate excellent presentation skills during counseling sessions and admissions events.
8. Utilize basic MS Excel knowledge to maintain student databases and generate reports as required.
9. Collaborate with other team members to streamline the admissions process and enhance the overall student experience.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Education, or related field.
2. Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles preferred.
3. Age under 30 years.
4. Familiarity with call center operations is advantageous.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective students.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Flexible schedule to accommodate evening or weekend admissions events as needed.
