Job Description - 


A Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients. Their role involves understanding the client's needs and goals, providing personalised service, and acting as a liaison between the client and the organisation. They are also responsible for identifying potential new clients and developing strategies to attract them. Additionally, relationship managers must stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure that they are providing the best possible service to their clients.




The Key Result Areas (KRAs) for a Relationship Manager :-

1.     Client Acquisition: This involves identifying potential clients and developing strategies to attract them to the organization.

2.     Client Retention: This involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued business.

3.     Revenue Generation: Relationship Managers are responsible for meeting revenue targets through cross-selling and upselling of products and services to clients.

4.     Risk Management: Relationship Managers must assess and manage risks associated with their clients and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.

5.     Team Management: Relationship Managers may be responsible for managing a team of junior relationship managers and providing guidance and support as needed.
