Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated freshers to join our team as Telecallers at our Bangalore location. This is a full-time role that involves engaging with potential clients and providing excellent customer service. The candidate should demonstrate strong communication and sales skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively in a friendly and professional manner.
- Active listening: Capable of giving full attention to what customers are saying and taking the time to understand their concerns.
- Persuasion: Skilled in persuading customers or clients to agree with proposals or consider products and services.
- Customer service: Providing exceptional support and assistance to customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Phone etiquette: Proficient in conducting conversations over the phone with proper manners and professionalism.
- Problem-solving: Capable of identifying issues and developing effective solutions efficiently.
- Time management: Able to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and adhere to schedules.
- Sales skills: A good understanding of sales strategies and tactics to drive engagement and conversion.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.
- Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about Frankfinn courses and based on their interest, ask them to attend free career counselling sessions in Frankfinn institutes.
- Follow up with the students in a timely manner to know the status of their visit.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database accurately.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduates (Minimum 12th Pass with result in hand).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in telesales (Credit Card Sales, Insurance Sales, Edutech, BDA, or related Inside Sales roles).
- Age: 18 to 34 years.
- Gender: Female/Male.
- Language Proficiency: Can communicate in Tamil, Kannada, Hindi & English fluently.
