We are hiring Male/Female Fresher and Tele Sales experienced candidates for (Inbound + cross-selling) in Noida.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information
• Determine requirements by working with customers
• Resolve problems by clarifying desired information
• Cross-sell and upsell

Minimum Education: Undergraduates/Graduates

Experience:

• Fresher (Graduates) / UG with Minimum 1 Year experience (Customer service in Tele Banking / Tele Sales)

Skills and Abilities:

• Versant score should be more than 4
• Basic telephonic etiquettes and customer skills
• Candidate should be able to communicate in English, Hindi
• Customer focus and attentiveness

Note:

• Age Limit up to 30 years.
• No B.Tech Graduates

Salary Description:

For Fresher: 16500 k In hand + Incentive

For Experienced: 17500 k In hand + Incentive
