Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a telesales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

- Oversee daily operations, including call quality, productivity, and performance metrics.

- Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills.

- Monitor and analyze sales data to implement strategies for improvement.

- Handle complex sales queries and resolve issues effectively.


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of team lead experience in telesales or inside sales with a focus on hardcore sales.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a rotational shift with 1 rotational off, from 10 AM to 7 PM.

- HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent qualification.


Salary: Up to ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 in hand.
