Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Guide prospects from initial contact to qualified phase via phone interaction.
• Conduct virtual presentations of product solutions.
• Drive revenue by advising prospects and converting them into sales.
• Achieve and surpass pipeline contribution targets.
• Promptly respond to assigned leads.
• Commitment to meeting weekly and monthly performance metrics.
• Master the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Candidate Profile:

• On-site work only.
• Versant score of 4 to 6 for voice communication.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Shift timings:
• Male: 24*7
• Female: 7 am to 7 pm Window
• 6 days working with no fixed off.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Polite demeanor with a strong customer service focus.
• Proficient in active listening and effective responses.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and tackle challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
