Job Overview

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular interactions and follow-ups.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to improve their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and track customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
