**What We’re Looking For**
- **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus).
- **Technical Skills:** Basic computer literacy, especially in MS Office.
- **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues.
