Job Overview
We are looking for a Service Engineer with 1 to 5 years of experience for Oppo Sansco Technology. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for Oppo Sansco products. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. This is a full-time position based in Kannur, Kerala, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma IT / ITC BTECH
- 1 to 5 years of experience in servicing products
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Male candidates
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain Oppo Sansco products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Follow service procedures and maintain accurate records
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
