Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team at E9 Creative. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and organizing all aspects of our creative projects. This includes coordinating with various teams, managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a creative or design-focused industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Knowledge of design principles and processes is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of creative projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Track project performance and make adjustments as necessary
• Conduct regular meetings and updates to keep all stakeholders informed
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and deliverables
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management efficiency
