Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Coordinate with design team members to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Allocate resources effectively, considering team members' strengths and project requirements.

Team Leadership and Motivation:

• Provide leadership and direction to the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Motivate and inspire team members to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with project goals and client expectations.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and celebrate achievements.

Client Interaction:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the design team and clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction with project deliverables.

Quality Control:

• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all design deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with design projects and implement proactive strategies to mitigate these risks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing design projects, preferably in graphical designing sector.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
