Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team at E9 Creative. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining existing client relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of sales experience who is passionate about design and creative solutions.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the design or creative industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory
  • Provide excellent customer service, including timely response to client inquiries and requests
  • Collaborate with the design and operations teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
