Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at E9 Creative. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and promoting our innovative design solutions. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the design industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Good knowledge of the local market and competitors
• Proficient in using CRM software
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through various sources such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our design solutions
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
• Submit accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts
