Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Developer to join our team at Dynamic Health Staff. As a Human Resource Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals. This is a full-time position based in Mifa, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices.
- Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and address employee training needs.
- Lead performance management initiatives and provide guidance to managers on performance evaluation and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the region.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes as needed.
