Key Responsibilities :
1.Talent Acquisition and Recruitment :

- Manage the end-to-end hiring process and improve recruitment efficiency.
2. Employee Engagement and Retention :
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover.
- Conduct employee surveys and implement retention strategies.
3. Learning and Development :
- Design and manage employee training programs.
- Monitor skill development and growth through ongoing learning initiatives.
4. Performance Management :
- Implement performance management systems to improve productivity.
- Ensure timely and constructive feedback during performance reviews.
5. Compliance and Legal :
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and address compliance issues promptly.
6. Compensation and Benefits :
- Manage and review compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
7. HR Metrics and Analytics :
- Use HR data to support decision-making and optimize HR processes.
- Provide insights and reports on key HR trends and performance.
8. Employee Relations :
- Foster a positive workplace and resolve employee issues effectively.
- Address grievances and mediate conflicts to ensure a harmonious environment.
9. Strategic HR Planning :
- Align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Support business growth through HR initiatives that drive results.
10. Diversity and Inclusion :
- Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment and workplace practices.
- Lead initiatives that enhance representation and inclusion across the company.
Qualifications :
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-6 years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, talent management, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR data analysis and strategic planning.
