Title: Research Analyst (CDQA - Contact Discovery Quality Assurance)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B Lead Generation Industry

Location: Balewadi, Pune

Shifts: Rotational shifts; comfortable with Day Evening Shifts (work from home available during night shifts)

Responsibilities:

·        Conduct primary research and utilize online tools (LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Bloomberg, Hoovers) for prospect contact information retrieval.

·        Proficient in MS Excel, internet browsing, and data verification.

·        Research prospective client details online, confirm information, and qualify contacts via phone calls.

·        Ensure accurate data entry and field allocation.

·        Manage day-to-day team operations, including shrinkage and attrition.

·        Meet daily and monthly targets effectively.

Requirements:

·        Proficient in primary research methodologies.

·        Experience with LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Bloomberg, and Hoovers for contact information retrieval.

·        Strong MS Excel and internet browsing skills.

·        Comfortable with verification calls.
