Job Description:-

Experience: 1yr to 5 Yrs in B2B Lead Generation Industry Only

Location: Baner, Pune

Shifts: Should be comfortable with rotational shifts. Day Evening Shifts

Required Skills: - Good knowledge of primary research.

Hands-on experience in using online research tools (LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Bloomberg, Hoovers) to retrieve the contact information of prospects.

Good hands-on using MS Excel and internet browsing skills.

Researching prospective client details over the web and confirming details.

Qualifying the contacts/prospects by calling the operator that is relevant to the specification.

Verify that all the data collected is correctly entered and in the correct field.

Day to day Team Management including shrinkage and attrition.

Ability to meet set targets on a Daily and monthly basis.
