Job Title: Sr. Project Engineer (PLC System)

 Qualifications Required:

1. Education: BE (Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Electronics) OR MSc (Instrumentation).

2. Experience: 1-3years

Basic Skill-sets Required:

• Hands on experience on Rockwell (Allen Bradley) PLC system
• Has completed at least 4 - 5 site commissioning independently with AB PLC.
• Should be having experience in process automation like pharma/ food / oil / gas / chemical industry.
• Is aware of all the hardware related to all series of AB PLCs.
• Independently able to handle tag database
• configuration of simple control loops including device control logic
• Should be able to configure complex control loops
• Has worked on at least 3 complete project lifecycle
• Worked on migration projects
• Knows PLC Architecture very well
• Worked on Factory talk view and Wonderware SCADA
• Worked with and has good understanding of industrial and IT communicate protocols (FTE/EtherNet/Modbus/OPC-DA, OPC-UA etc)
• Should be able to handle AMC visit independently.
• Prepare Activity break down and Schedule
• Prepare implementation plan
• Assign activities to individual team members for execution
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly meetings for Periodic Review
• Prepare documentation and templates (Basic and Detailed Engineering Documents) - Logic flow chart, Control philosophy,

Additional Know-how is preferred:

• Electrical drawings
• Knowhow of Fibre Optic communication
• Knows basic scripting in VB

General Skills Required:

• Should possess good communication skills (English - Verbal and Written)
• Should appreciate importance of Standards and processes and compliance to same
