Roles and responsibilities:

l Experience in the bidding platform (upwork / freelancer).

l Coordinating/do the data collection activity.

l Generation and interview call/prospect in different platform, customer research

for identification of business opportunity.

l Responsible for proposal & presentations.


l Do cold calling, fixing an appointment, client integration, Client

interaction/presentation.

l Should be well versed on LinkedIn and acquiring stakeholders using linked-in.

l Knowledge of Technical forum and prescreening.

l Capable to work individually with minimal guidance.

l The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

l Proactively follow up with leads (Email/ Phone) for optimum lead conversion.

l Customer relationship management

l Market Research for New Potential Business Opportunities

l Maintaining excellent service quality from the point of inquiry to follow-up and

then closure.

l Cover letter/Sales pitch writing

l Must have excellent presentation and demonstration skills.

l Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating

business generation activities.

l Working in IT Product and services, CRM Software, Web development, Mobile

l Extensive service sales experience.

l Excellent email writing skills.

l Fluency in English with very good convincing skills
