We are seeking a talented WordPress Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of WordPress-based websites. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, and customization techniques. The WordPress Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly websites that meet client requirements and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch or modify existing ones based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive designs into WordPress themes.
- Optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth user experience across devices.
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs, browser compatibility issues, and other technical glitches.
- Customize and extend WordPress functionality using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed to enhance website functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for WordPress websites.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Follow coding standards and contribute to code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
