Position Title: Sr. Automation Engineer / Architect
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Duration: Contract / CTH / FTE
- Possess 15+ years’ experience in manual and automation testing.
- Responsible for coordinating, planning, tracking and measuring the end-to-end test progress by various testing parties
- Owns governance related to Test estimation, test processes
- Standardize UAT Test Reporting process
- Alignment with development and Infra
- Coordinate with release management on go / no go
- Coordinate UAT across various business units as required
- Standardize UAT Test Reporting process
- Publish Test Execution KPI’s daily, weekly etc.
- Collaborate with IT and SME team on functional blockers
- Sprint/Release Retro and continuous test improvement plans
- Healthcare Payor exp is a must have
