Job Overview

We are looking for a Lead Quality Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our products and services. The successful candidate will lead a team of quality analysts and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software
