Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Financial Services Sales Manager to spearhead the promotion and sales of our credit financing program to our clients and buyers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching our tailored financial solutions, helping our clients access credit facilities to purchase our textile products, and closing deals. This role is crucial to expanding our business by enabling more clients to afford our products through flexible financing options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitch Credit Financing Program: Present and promote our credit financing options to existing and potential clients, emphasizing the benefits and value-added services.
  • Client Outreach: Identify and contact potential buyers, particularly those who could benefit from financing, and arrange meetings or presentations to explain the program.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into buyers through effective communication and a consultative sales approach.
  • Customized Financial Solutions: Understand clients’ specific needs and offer personalized financing solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for credit-related inquiries and support.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the finance, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of the credit program for clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and buyer needs to effectively position our financing program.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions to management.
