Job Overview

We are hiring a Field Services Engineer to join our team at DS Systems. As a Field Services Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring equipment and machinery performance, diagnosing and troubleshooting any issues, and developing preventative maintenance measures. This is a full-time position based in all mining's area of Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in operating and maintaining multimeters.
• Basic understanding of weighing and measuring instruments.
• Adaptable and willing to travel to different sites for maintenance work.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment and machinery performance and develop preventative maintenance measures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment as required.
• Attend different sites for maintenance of weighbridges.
• Operate and maintain multimeters to ensure accurate measurements.
• Complete all tasks assigned by higher authority.
• Identify and rectify problems to ensure smooth operations.
