AutoCAD Draftsman - Waterworks (1-4+ Years Experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team and play a key role in developing waterworks designs. In this role, you will be responsible for using AutoCAD software to create precise and comprehensive drawings for various water treatment and distribution projects.

Responsibilities:

Utilize AutoCAD to develop detailed 2D drawings for waterworks projects, including:

L-sections

Treatment plant layouts

Piping systems

Other water infrastructure components

Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure drawings accurately reflect project specifications and requirements.

Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant drafting standards and symbols.

Adhere to company quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of drawings.

Revise existing drawings as needed based on project updates or client feedback.

May assist with project documentation and data management. (Optional)

Qualifications:

1-4+ years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman, preferably in the waterworks or civil engineering industry.

Proven ability to create high-quality, error-free AutoCAD drawings.

Strong understanding of AutoCAD features and functionality.

Working knowledge of drafting principles and conventions.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. (Optional)

Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus.

Salary:

Competitive salary based on experience (Ranges are approximations):

1-2 years: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month

2-4 years: ₹22,000 - ₹28,000 per month

4+ years: Competitive based on market standards
