Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Soft Skill Trainer to join our team at Dr Reddy's Foundation. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Bangalore Urban and Bangalore Rural. The candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and training skills to help boost the employability of our community members through expert soft skills development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, and meetings focused on soft skill development. (Mandatory skill)
- In-depth knowledge and ability to teach soft skills to diverse groups. (Mandatory skill)
- Proven track record of working in skill development initiatives, especially within NGOs and social enterprises.
- Understanding of training and placement processes to help beneficiaries secure suitable opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with participants and understand their unique learning needs.
- Ability to design tailored training modules to suit varied audience backgrounds and learning paces.
- Proficient in using training tools and technology to facilitate effective learning experiences.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver effective soft skills training programs tailored to diverse participant needs.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate participant skill levels and customize training accordingly.
- Engage with beneficiaries to identify skills gaps and provide targeted solutions.
- Work collaboratively with program teams to align training goals with organizational objectives.
- Update training content regularly to incorporate current industry practices and standards.
- Facilitate group discussions, interactive activities, and role-playing exercises to enhance learning.
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
- Assist in organizing placement drives and coordinate with potential employers for participant opportunities.
