Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate Soft Skill Trainer to join our team at Dr Reddy's Foundation. This is a full-time, Trainer position based in Bangalore Urban and Bangalore Rural. The candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and training skills to help boost the employability of our community members through expert soft skills development.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strong communication skills are essential for effectively delivering training content and engaging participants (Mandatory skill).
  • Following the predefined session plan while delivering training to the identified youth
  • Develop skills and knowledge on the identified subjects based on the curriculum that is designed
  • Prepare learners to face interviews confidently
  • Conduct concurrent assessments as per the plan to continue to measure the progress of the students
  • Maintain data with respect to training and related activities.
  • Participate in center activities (such as organizing Parents meet, doing retention follow-up, collecting training feedback etc.) along with the other staff members to make the center successful.
  • Proficiency in time management, ensuring efficient delivery and adherence to program schedules.
  • Strong interpersonal skills allowing for productive interaction and understanding of diverse participants.
  • Excellent ability to monitor and assess participant progress, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement.
  • Engage with participants actively, adapting teaching methods to suit varied learning needs and capabilities.
  • Work closely with program coordinators to enhance curriculum effectiveness and participant experience.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate participant progress and tailor instruction to address individual challenges.
  • Act as a mentor, fostering an environment of growth and self-improvement for all trainees.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align training outcomes with organizational objectives and community impact goals.
