Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller Executive based in Noida. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers for lead generation and sales, handling customer queries, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role
• Ability to handle the pressure of meeting sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
• Knwoledeg of IT Services Like Web Design & Development, Mobile Apps Development and Digital Marketing Services is plus.
• Female candidate is preferred

Note: Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.
