Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager (US Process) at Drona Infotech. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with the company's US-based clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks will include working closely with clients to understand their business needs, leading client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client relationship management and account management
- Knowledge of IT services and solutions
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (Optional)
- Experience working with US-based clients is a plus
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently is essential for this role
