Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring high levels of efficiency and service quality.

  • Lead and support the pharmacy team, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and update staff on any changes to policies or regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and pharmacy services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide expert advice on medication, and resolve any issues that arise.
