Qualifications and Skills

• MBBS degree
• MS in Ophthalmology
• 1-3 years of experience in ophthalmology
• Proven experience in surgical procedures for eye conditions
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in using modern ophthalmology equipment and technology

Roles and Responsibilities

• Examine patients and diagnose eye problems, such as diseases, injuries, or disorders
• Prescribe medications, eyeglasses, contact lenses, or other treatments as needed
• Perform surgical procedures to correct or treat eye conditions, such as cataracts, glaucoma, or refractive errors
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients on proper eye care and answer any questions or concerns
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of ophthalmology
