Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Resident to join our team at Dr. Moopens Medical College. As a Junior Resident, you will be responsible for providing medical care under the supervision of senior doctors. This is a full-time position based in Wayanad, Kerala, India. The role is suitable for individuals with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution
• Valid registration with the Medical Council
• Good communication skills
• Ability to diagnose and treat medical conditions effectively
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist senior doctors in patient diagnosis, treatment, and management
• Conduct patient assessments, including history taking and physical examination
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests and imaging studies
• Prescribe medications and treatments under the guidance of senior doctors
• Monitor patient progress and provide appropriate follow-up care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Adhere to professional standards, ethical practices, and legal regulations
• Participate in educational activities and continuous professional development
