Qualifications and Skills

• Sterilization Techniques (Mandatory skill): Extensive experience managing sterilization and decontamination processes to ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Inventory Management Software (Mandatory skill): Proficient in utilizing inventory management software for tracking, ordering, and managing medical instruments and supplies.
• Leadership and Team Management (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability in leading and motivating a team to achieve operational goals and ensure efficient workflow.
• Regulatory Compliance: In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and standards applicable to sterile processing departments.
• Operational Efficiency: Skilled in optimizing processes to improve efficiency in the central sterile services department.

• Manage and mentor a team of CSSD technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Ensure proper sterilization, storage, and distribution of medical instruments while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards for sterile processing.
• Coordinate with various hospital departments to meet their sterile supply needs promptly and effectively.
• Lead quality assurance programs to continually improve sterilization processes and patient safety.
