• 15 years’ managerial experience in any Science and Technology-driven start-up incubators.
• Business Development: Strength in identifying and leveraging business opportunities within the healthcare sector to enhance growth.
• Startup Mentorship: Experience in providing guidance and support to startups, helping them navigate challenges and achieve success.
• Grant Writing: Skilled in articulating compelling funding proposals to secure investment and financial backing for projects.
• Technology Commercialization: Expertise in bringing innovative technologies to market, transforming ideas into viable business solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the BIRAC BIONEST initiative, driving strategic innovation and fostering a nurturing ecosystem for entrepreneurship.
• Oversee the incubation and development of startups, providing resources and mentorship to ensure their success.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to support the growth and sustainability of the incubation program.
• Collaborate with industry partners, academic institutions, and government bodies to enhance program offerings and opportunities.
• Identify funding opportunities and prepare grant proposals to secure financial support for the program.
• Ensure the commercialization of innovative healthcare technologies, overseeing market entry strategies and partnerships.
• Mentor and support startups in strategic areas such as business development, technology adoption, and operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain a network of industry experts, investors, and mentors to enhance program impact and success.
