Responsibilities:

·  Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

·  Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

·  Provide product/service information and answer customer questions.

·  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

·  Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

·  Educational background: 10th, 12th, or a degree in any field.

·  Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of telecaller.

·  Strong communication skills in tamil.
