Working Hours: - 9 hours (10 am to 7 pm)

Working Days: - 6 Days

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing inquiries, concerns, meeting and providing ongoing support.

2. Foster positive relationships with franchisees, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of franchise agreements, contracts, and other relevant documents.

4. Assist in the onboarding process for new franchisees, providing guidance on setup and initial operational procedures.

5. Support the franchise development team in identifying potential new locations for expansion.

6. Preparing & sending investment benchmarking to franchisee partner.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand representation across all franchise locations.

8.Expertise in cold calling & daily reporting to department head.
