·      In depth understanding of residential real estate for B2C sales

·      Participate in conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize order booking for the

·      Actively attend to and pitch residential project to customers looking to buy homes

·      Keep abreast of market dynamics, competition, price trends, home loan financing for better selling

·      Manage daily customer walk ins with details reports

·      Work closely with Sales Head/Closing Manager to bring deals to quick closures

·      Maintain accurate daily records on a CRM with proper adherence to the sales process and lead
