Skills
- Good selling skills entirely over the phone
- Complete understanding of residential real estate for B2C telecalling
- Ability to make 400-500 calls a day and keep
- Maintain accurate daily records on a CRM with proper adherence to the sales process and lead tracking mechanisms
- Work closely with Sales Manager to for seamless site visits
- Coordinate with various teams like Sourcing, sales and marketing to ensure exceptional customer service
- Daily reporting on proposed site visits
- Clarity in speech and voice modulation
- Strict Adherence to daily check in and check out time
- Play an active role during various stages of customer engagement till sales closure and provide support on query resolution
- Ability to switch to language the customer is comfortable with
- Strict adherence to daily, weekly and monthly targets for maximum site visits.
