1. In depth understanding of residential real estate for B2C sales
2. Extremely strong negotiating skills for closing deals quickly and at a better than expected price
3. Participate in conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize order booking for the project
4. Good understanding of approvals & documentation, financials, payment structures related to home buying like loan processing, EMI, pre-EMI, various payment plans.
5. Actively attend to and pitch residential project to customers looking to buy homes
6. Keep abreast of market dynamics, competition, price trends, home loan financing for better selling
7. Manage daily customer walk ins with details reports
8. Strong follow-ups with customers for revisits and deal closures
9. Contribute to the formulation and implementation of sales strategy
10. Work closely with Sales Head/Closing Manager to bring deals to quick closures
11. Maintain accurate daily records on a CRM with proper adherence to the sales process and lead tracking mechanisms
12. Coordinate with various teams like Sourcing, presales and marketing to ensure exceptional customer service
13. Play an active role during various stages of customer engagement till sales closure and provide support on query resolution
