Key Responsibilities (KRA):

 Oversee the financial operations of the company.

 Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

 Prepare financial statements and reports.

 Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

 Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

 Efficient financial operations with minimal errors.

Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive Financial Oversight: Direct and supervise all financial and accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.

2. Financial Statement Preparation: Take charge of preparing and finalizing financial statements, encompassing Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.

3. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to discern trends and provide insightful recommendations for improvements.

4. Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process, ensuring its accuracy, and deliver regular updates to senior management.

5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all financial reporting requirements, including Income Tax regulations, GST regulations, and Accounting Standards.

6. Policy Development: Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.

7. Stakeholder Support: Provide comprehensive assistance in all finance and accounting aspects to various stakeholders within the company.

8. Team Leadership: Offer guidance and support to the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. 

Specific Skills: Preference will be given to candidates with exposure in Import & Export Documentation, a proven track record in Handling Banking Operations, and experience in leading and managing a team of 5-6 employees. Proficiency in using 'Busy - ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE' is also essential, underscoring the necessary skills for effective role management.
