About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our tech team and drive the integration of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM platforms, full-stack development, and database management. They should also have the ability to understand and implement new tools, and the skills to manage people effectively. All members of the tech team will report to this role.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the integration of products and ensure they meet business requirements

Manage the full-stack development of our products

Ensure the efficient management of databases and data integrity

Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies as required

Lead, mentor and manage the tech team

Requirements:

Strong experience in product integration and product management

In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms

Excellent full-stack development skills

Proficient in database management and data integrity

Ability to understand and implement new tools

Strong people management skills

Experience in leading and mentoring a team
